However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.RETURN PROCESSTo return an item, please email our customer service at info@shway.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with proof of purchase and proof of its new condition.

REFUNDS After receiving and inspecting the condition of your returned item, we will process your return or exchange.
